New BTA, does he look normal?

he looked a lot healthier last night, but now he's balled up like he's trying to hide. is this normal?
these are the current parameters of the tank;
Salinity 1.023
pH 8.0-8.2
KH 200ppm
NO3 0ppm
NO2 0ppm

If you just put it in yesterday it's probably just acclimating. Give it some time to settle in. It's most likely looking for a hole to set it's foot in so it feels safe. Once it finds a spot where it feels secure it should come out of hiding.
