New bta hiding for two weeks

Turbomark

I purchased a new bta a few weeks ago and put it in my tank, I got it to attach to a rock pretty quickly but overnight it moved under the rock and has yet to come out. If I shine a light on it it will open up and overall looks healthy, but isn't making any effort to moving out from its hole.

Tank parameters are good. Nitrates around 2, phosphates close to zero. Tank is lit by a reefbreeders photo v2.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

General rule: It will move to where it likes.

Occasionally, you can move around the rock work to help it get some light. I did this last year by flipping a rock my bta was on to make it face the light. It stayed and never moved. If you want to move it, try move the rock it's on, without getting it off from the rock.

I did that already, I rotated the room k like 90 degrees so it was on the back of the rock instead of the side. It just ended up working its way back under the rock

Then I think it's still hiding and adjusting to your tank. Give it some time.

Actually came home today and found that he/she/it crawled out from its hole. I figured as soon as I posted the situation that it would resolve
