New bulds?

Well I finally got my new bulbs in. I am not sure if I went with the right ones or not. Maybe that they are just very new. or my camera/phone is picking up the blue. But these seem very blue to me. I'm wondering if I should go down a notch or if it really would make that much difference.

This is my pink wall hammer when it was in my 29 gal waiting for the 180 to get ready. Here it under the 175 Hamilton pendant I don't remember to light value I think it was a 14, (might have been 13). Dennis should be able to tell me, he has the light now.

And this is in the 180 under the 250's, I believe these are 10K's.

and now today with the new pheonix 14ks

that is my question to you lighting experts. So is it because they are new? or the 175 was a single ended and these are double ended? It doesn't look that blue in person. But it is pretty close. Should I have gone with 13K? Will the blue fade out and look a little more normal? Because personnally, I like the look of the 175. But I thought that was just the wattage the light used and more so was for the depth of the tank, It thought the "K" was more of the color. So why does it look so different. If both bulbs were 14K's, even if the 175 was a 13K is there that much difference between a 13 and a 14? I just want my "PINK" hammer to be pink.
I do have to admitt, the green zoo's do look awesome under these lights though

Let them burn in a few weeks before you judge them. I personally prefer the look of the Hamilton 14k's over the Phoenix but it is a preference only.

My 250W phoenix 14k over my 29 looked real blue for the first week or so till it burned in. After that i think it looked good.

Yea, I think so too. Yesterday at gateway, I looked at the 175 bulbs, they only had 14K there. Iam hoping the blue tones down a bit. Thanks Dennis.
