That is a way cool green one.....would love to bump into one like that at the LFS I think i would break my wrist going for my pocket book lol....

Nice green Crocea, very unusual green if you ask me. Congrats on a great find. :)

btw, you can insert your image from the gallery in the body of your post by surrounding the url with
tags. Just right click on the pic and select properties from a drop down menu, copy it and then paste it between those tags and your pic will be in the body of your post instead of the link.

zenya-How do you upload photos to the gallery?I can't find any info.I'm a novice-I have yet to post a pic bigger than a postage stamp(after I resize to fit the board requirements).
Much thanks-

Hi Rothie,

Just above your post there is a link to the gallery, click on that and it will take you there. You should be able to find all the answers there. If not, here's a brief summary ;)
Once you get there you should see a clickable "upload pics",click on that and it should bring you to a new screen with all the info on the size of the pictures that are allowed. Ypu should also see a button that says "browse" click on that and it will allow you to download allowed size pic from your machine. I think it will accept .jpeg .gif and some other types(can't remember offhand), find image on your machine and click on that pictue, you should be able to see the address of your pic in the window next to the "browse" button. Now you can type in the title and short description of your pic and what not, after that click on the button " submit" and it should bring you back to your gallery with your pic in full size of it. Try this and if I did not confuse you more then you were before you asked, I'll try again :D

Rothie, forgot to ask what software you use to resize your pictures? I think you should be able to resize/compress your picture to the size allowed and still have large enough pic.

zenya-I guess I missed the obvious "UPLOAD PHOTOS" !
I'm using a free version of Photoshop. It's a pretty simple version.I also have image resizer(MS) and links to some other software. It's just a matter of taking the time to practice with it,I suppose. If I ever get a handle on it,I'll be posting pics all day long!!

cool thx for the info, was having trouble figure that out.

my club set up a road trip to ny aquaria, so the store owner got in a bunch of harder to find items.

hoped that worked.

If you not sure if it worked click on the "preview your post button" before clicking on "submit yor post" button so you can make sure it worked.Saves guessing and hoping that it worked ;)

Very cool clam you got there!

Well,I'm certainly impressed with your uploading and attaching skills-not to mention,2 beautiful green clams.
