Ok so 2 days ago I got my first bta,I also have a maroon clown.well my girlfriend sends me a picture of the clown going to town on the bta.so here is my question, what is it about the clown and the bta that match them together? Why does the clown continue to just rub on the bta?I know this is what they do but I'm asking if anybody know why they doo theat and does it have a term?(snuggling?spooning?forking?)

lol its called hosting..why because they like it. they will also feed your BTA. mine two GSM hosted my RBTA to death...........literally

I know its hosted but the rubbing and rolling around does that have a term?beside feeding does the clown benifit the bta?or bta benifit the clown?

Yes it does . The clown fish hides in the stinging tentacles of the Anemone.
They are know as anemonefish becuase of their close relationship with this group of marine invertebrates. This association has developed because the anemones stinging cells kill the Oodinium skin parasites to which these fish are very susceptible.
Hence all the body love
