New Clown

I just got a maroon clown fish. He has been in my tank for about three hours now, but strangely, he prefers to swim directly next to the glass for some reason. The only other vertebrates inside the aquarium are two other damsels, a domino and a blue devil. There does not seem to be any physical aggression towards the clown from either fish, but when I introduce cyclopeeze to the tank he will not touch them. Usually when I feed cyclopeeze all my fish go nuts and swarm the cloud of red dots even newly introduced fish. What else could be wrong with my clown fish? All my water parameters are perfect.

He is just adjusting himself to the tank thats all. He should come around with time.

Most fish takes time to adjust in the new surrounding. Give it time.

my maroon pair wouldn't eat either when i first got them... they will eat the food but spit it back out... just continue your regular feedings and they will soon eat... i finally got them to start eating frozen mysis shrimps... that was only a few days ago (i just got he maroons less than 2 weeks ago)... now, they pretty much eat anything...

yes, he seems to be eating some what more but still spits quite a few out. He is a strange fish, but I think he will get used to things in the aquarium.
