how big are they? If they're still really small (like an inch or so or less) then it should be fine as both would still be males...in which case it sounds like one of them (the aggressive one) is claiming dominance and will become the female. It will end as soon as they find out which one is gonna be the female.
BUT if you've got 2 big ones...like 2 inches or bigger...then its possible that you've got 2 females, which is a big "uh-oh" lol. Females will fight till one dies.
And what type of clowns are we talkin about here? Regular percs or ocellaris? or the bigger stuff like maroons and whatnot?
