I've had my tank for about 6 months now, a little more (set it up last July) and now I finally have my first fish that didn't hitch-hike with my rock, a pair of True Percs that are about an inch long each, if that. They are SO cute and sweet and seem to be enjoying life in my 14g biocube.
For now, I'm feeding them what they were eating at the store, which is mainly Spectrum. I'm planning on adding in some mysis shrimp as soon as I can find a good source for them. Other than that, the stars of my tank right now are a giant feather duster, a red mithrax crab, a serpent starfish, and a rock flower anemone (yes, I know these guys most likely won't host it, but that's ok). I'm planning on adding a peppermint shrimp back to my CUC after an unfortunate incident this winter lost my own peppermint.
I just wanted to say hello and also let you guys know my plans and my tank in case there is anything here that might not be good for my two new little cuties. For now, I'm just enjoying watching them swim and explore their new home.
