I got a condylactus nem on sunday, and it's been sitting far under a rock the whole time and hasn't moved at all. it's not getting any light and i'm not sure if i should try to move it or just leave it.

It will probably move, as condylactis are notorious to do. So, if it's not moved in a few days, then think about moving it, but for now, leave it alone. Also make sure any intakes are covered so the anemone can't get caught in one.
