Tide mode has been replaced by two new modes- Interval 1 is exactly like the current mode. Interval 2 is the same except the pump that would be off instead just stays at low power. We added a moonlight so at night when the photocell is triggered an LED illuminates the aquarium and the LED brightens and dims over a 29 day lunar simulation. The Interval can be set for as short as 1second instead of the present 1 minute. It has more lights and buttons too :lol:

I sent an email about it but it will be replaced and I quoted a spare. The repairability largely depends on the number of damaged pieces. Unfortunately these things tend to start chain reactions and so what starts as one bad transistor ends up as a bunch of damaged components and at a certain point the value of time outweighs the value of the board.
