Hey cool stuff.

Try training the Dendro to open up by offering it some food before the lights are on. Once it is comfy and opening for you start only feeding with the lights on and before you know it, it will be open all the time... that is unless you have a menace clown goby like us who perches on it all the time :mad2:

I got it to eat after i talked to you yesterday. It was funny because after it ate the first shrimp it opended up a little more so i could put more on its mouth. I'll keep trying that method and hopefully it will fully open in the light. The Duncans are doing great though.

Brian finally broke down and bought a couple of polyp of Duncan. I don't understand the bigh hoopla about them. They look more like giant genopora(sp). How's that clam doing?

Yeah i dont get all the fuss about them either. Mine were free so that is always good. I like the Dendro better, but so far its not open as much as i would like.
The clam is doing good and growing alot.

I think the fuzz about them is that they were brought in illegally. Just like acan/micro when they started.

Everything is growing pretty good right now. Not to bad for manually dosing two part. I still need to get a dosing pump though. I think i have a Duncan baby coming out too!
