New Critters

I found these critters crawling all over my tank rock. Does anyone have any idea what they might be.

from what I saw they look like Spaghetti worms, but why they are out instead of buried in the sand and in rock I cant say?

Those things suck!!!! THey will spread every where be very very careful if you break them apart you willl have 10 more like over night lol the Best thing to do is scoop them out of the sand and if they are in the rock superglue them into there hole.
