Hey guys just bought a rose bulb anemone couple of days ago and I was wondering about feeding the enemone??? I read u can feed it mysis? This true? And would I feed it a block of mysis every three days ? And would I just set the block on its mouth???
Yes you can feed your anemone mysis. By either placing the cube in its mouth(which my be hard once defrosted) or by squirting on the mouth with turkey baster. My rose bubble tip eats mysis, pellet food from fish feedings and I also feed it pieces of shrimp and scallops. I only target feed him once every 7-10 days or so with no problems.. They get a lot of energy from light as well. Good luck
Depends on size of anemone, it will eat what it wants. The more you feed the faster they will grow. They can get big in size and takeover a tank if fed often.
