New ESL app not connecting?

I updated the ESL app on my iphone to check out the new vortech control and when I log in it just says "we couldn't connect to your devices (please check your connection). I have a reef link. The regular ESL seems to be working normally, it sees my radions. Any advice? Thanks in advance.
 
Paul,

I would recommend quitting the app and power cycling all of your devices ReefLink included. Once the ReefLink re-connects open the App and try again.
 
Thanks for the fast reply Alex. That fixed everything. I also had to power cycle my iPhone. (I believe the phone was the culprit). Thanks again.
 
Having a similar issue. When trying to connect with the updated iOS app it hangs at the splash screen. Had no issues with the older version with my radion gen3 connected via USB to a PC. Do you now need the reeflink for the iOS app to work? I reset all the my devices (radions & mp40's) and still hangs but can access fine via ecosmart live on the PC.

The latest version of the iPhone app is designed for use with a ReefLink. In fact, a ReefLink is required to utilize VorTech integration.
