New feature on the club website

[OneReef]

I have added on a new area on the WTMRAC website. It is a Reef Central "Thread of the week". This is simply a thread chosen by one of our local members each week that may be of interest to us. This week it is "Skimmer Cleaning". It can be found on the "News" link on the website.
