New Fish?

I am kind of interested in getting a new fish. However, when I have added fish in the past, my yellow tang and 6line have beat them to death. Is there a reef safe fish that would be able to hold their own against these 2 fish or am I SOL. Thanks in advance.

maybe a pygmy angel of decent size.

tangs and six line's should be the last fish to go into a tank as they get very territorial.

A nother Idea is you could move the tang and 6liner to a QT tank for a couple days while the new fish gets use to the tank than turn you lights off at night and add you 6liner and tang back and even move a rock or 2 . This will make them have to establish new territory.

I'll 2nd the dwarf angel. I've got a Coral beauty and she is the feisty one in my tank.

She spent the first two weeks hassling the Royal Gramma even got bite marks from the Gramma, now they are fine, during this time she never bothered the clowns or goby. Added a Kole Tang and she fought with it for a week now they follow each other around the tank eating from the same spots. I added some Cardinals and she could care less.

Using savafish's idea to move them out temporarily and changing things around is a great approach.
