new info sheets

Hey guys, I need new info sheets from everyone who has joined for this year who has not given me a sheet. Most of the people who were just renewing their membership did not give me a sheet. So if you joined already this year (you know who you are) then PM me and make sure I have a sheet for you.

I need to keep these updated so I have everyone's correct contact information. OK?
