That's the little frag rock that it didn't even cover when I bought it. I'm procrastinating popping it off the center. I'm kind of afraid to mess with it since it's growing so well. I figure by next month I'll do it.

I just noticed the SEIOs and the magnet holders. That is not bad at all especially when coraline takes over.

Keep the shrooms, letemgrow.

I did have them covered completely but just a day or so before this I took them out and dropped them in acid:water 1:3 for about 1/2 hour, toothbrushed them, then put in a bucket of water and ran for an hour. I did a couple 620's I have back in the sump too. I hate corraline now. I just picked up a handled scraper Tues night so it seems easier to clean than the credit card way. I've been kalking the mouths of some shrooms lately and then they shrink and I can pick them off with my finger sometimes. I don't mind the green striped ones they seem to stay down in the lower left but those regular green like to spread around.

how did you attatch the seio to the magnets?

Just put some superglue on that seio attachment piece, stuck it to the magnet, waited 2 minutes, and threw it back in.

The one powerhead I did about 6+ months ago and the other one a few months ago. I've even had them in strong acid a couple times to clean and no problems. I keep the cord short though with no extra play so if for some reason it would come loose it woiuldn't go too far. It would be a mess though. I've put a pretty good torque on them after each acid cleaning and they don't appear to be loosening up or anything.

Very nice Roy. I always thought it looked good prior, but with the lights it is quite a bit brighter.

Hope fish don't get skin cancer from lights! I love that superman too.
