I just purchased a new JBJ arctica 1/2 HP commercial series chiller from you guys and it's seriously defected. After running the chiller for less than a day a large popping sound occurred and all the refrigerant subsequently leaked out.
I thought these were reliable products. I'll need to have the product replaced.
