So I have 2 PP4's running in my 30g nano. I noticed that they seem to move a ton more water than the larger power heads they replaced. I started off by aiming then upwards and towards the side of the tank to try and reduce the water velocity hitting my critters. I had also ordered a JBwave controller for the PP4's that arrived a couple days later. That solved my situation--that thing is great. It offers a lot more control than the jebao controller--ramp rate, speeds, durations... and I can operate it from my phone.
