Im not sure if this is the same guy posted in craigslist few weeks ago, looking for a business partner who want to open a lfs in hayward area.his asking $40k for start

if it is the same guy and only asking 40K assuming its 50% 50% tats 80k tats not a whole lot to start a business with a retail front and chef is saying tat its pretty big too
