new maze brain ?

I just bought a new maze coral where should I place it in the tank?

in an area w/ low to moderate light and moderate flow.

I was told that MH would be good for this coral? Is that wrong?

platygra ime do not need super bright light such as mh. If you have mh just keep it low in the tank. got any pics for a definite positive i.d.

platygra are refered to by the common name maze brain. but common name is hard to go by particularly w/ all the brains out there.

does it look similar to this?

this was taken at night no lights on

i'd just start it low and work up very slowly. make sure that it does not bleach. it should be fine under metal halides, just not right under the lights

I will place it on the bottom first (HOW LONG?) than start to move up.
