Hey guys;

Maybe someone can help my friend out

He tried to sign up for LIRA and was unable to via the paypal link on the Offical site. something about being not so good with computers....

I was hopeing he would get it done by this weekend so he could join us.

Any one have any thoughts? I would pay for his membership to speed up the proccess..

let me know what I can do.
