New MP40wQD Problem

I have a new wet-side that has only been in service since 7/1/16. A few days ago it started making a noise like something was rubbing. When I took it apart I found pieces of a white something that appears to have shattered. Was this a part of the wet-side? I have never had a new QD apart before.



It also appears to have scored the back of the magnet pretty significantly.



Fixable or not? I have sent the images to Ecotech as well, just seeing if someone else knows quicker this weekend.

Thanks, I did contact them also. I was just trying to find out if this was part of wet side or something got in there? If a part what would have caused it?

Suppose to be a flat Ceramic washer/bearing. Probably cracked and then shattered.
