New nano 3152 doesn't work?

Hi,

I've just unboxed and connected my new nano 3152 ATO connected the cables (and double checked them against the manual) and no matter where the float is the pump will not turn on. I've tested the power adapter with a meter and it's working normally and I've also tried removing the power to reset the unit just in case, but no luck.

Does this sound like I received a lemon metering pump? Is there anything else I can try?

Unfortunately I ordered this online as well so it looks like I'll need to pay some shipping to return it unless Tunze handles the warranty for things like this?

If you hold the box to your ear and cycle the float up and down and hear a click, it is just a bad pump, your dealer should be able to send a replacement pump. If you ordered it from Canada, I would contact the dealer first.

Thanks, I do indeed hear the click so I've contacted the distributor for a replacement pump.
