new nano wavebox broken!!!

I just get my new nano wavebox and its broken where you would remove the pump the cover should be glued to the pump and it isnt causing the pump to move around and fail to work . what should i do?

The cover of the pump is inside the body of the nano wavebox it does not come out, the motor is glued to the bottom plate which does unclip from the body of the nano wavebox. Can you provide a photo of what you think is broken or use the part numbers in the manual?

IN THE MANUAL ITS PART # 2 THE PUMP IS NOT GLUED TO THE HOUSING BOTTOM AND I WILL TRY TO SEND PICS
