new orange painted angler

so much to learn
I received my new painted orange angler from dd today . I cannot believe how cute she is I have never seen one in person. I took everyone's advice I did not put her in my 125 reef. I set up a fifteen gallon just for her. I know she will need a bigger tank within the next month she is only 2 inches. I figured I would post a few questions because I have noticed alot of people know about them on this forum.
1.should I use a protein skimmer or will weekly water changes suffice.
2. Will t5's be too bright I think I will just have softys.
3. Can I offer her damsels /chromis as opposed to ghost shrimp. I do not want to set up a seperate tank for ghost shrimp. I live far away from any pet stores.I am going to try to switch her to frozen.
4. will she get stung by things like frogspawn.
I am embarassed to say I do not know how to post pics without my son here. This is my first nano any help would be great

1. Always use a skimmer. Water changes help, but the skimmer directly removes excess waste, and the water changes put cleaner water back in the system :D
2. I use T-5's with my guys, and mine is a 8bulb, so im sure you will be fine.
3. I would try to setup somthing to host some live for a little while.. they dont need alot.. but you need him to eat somthing during the weaning process while not feeding him too much live, or he will just never get it that you feeding him, and he doesnt need to hunt it.
4. I have a feeling that you are safe with frogspawn. but not %100

Lastly.. pics are easy.. if you have them uploaded somewhere. I use my skydrive that comes with the hotmail account to have the pictures, right somthing that allows you to publicly post them. Then whe its loaded, right click and get the pictures address, then click the image button. Should get a pop up that says insert URL here.. and ya.. thats a photo!
