A couple weeks ago my clowns spawned for the first time.

So today they spawned for the second time. I noticed before they started the female had some ball like protrusions down there, kinda threw me off. Can anyone explain these?

They started spawning again shortly when I left for work this morning.

They eat mysis and cyclopeeze in the morning. I've read they use more energy now that they're spawning. Should I add some other variety of food or vitamins?
