It's a tilefish in the genus Hoplolatilus, possibly H. chlupatyi (chameleon/flashing tilefish).

Hoplolatilus randalli. The mark on the top of the caudal peduncle, facial markings and dorsal coloring are the identifying characteristics.

It's care and behavior is similar to other Hoplolatilus species.
