New Pic, Need Criticism

Here's what I got at ISO 80, shutter speed 1/30, F6.3, WB set to "Cloudy"

A little too dark, what should I adjust?
BTW, this is under T-5's, 2 daylight, one actinic plus, one actinic blue.

Very nice.
Although I think you could get the picture much much sharper if you would increase your ISO in order to increase shutter speed and aperture. Increasing your shutter speed would help eliminate that slight blur and aperture for DOF. White balance looks ok but I prefer to leave it on Auto and later adjust in RAW.

MY 2 CENTS.

Try ISO 100 or 200 just for the heck of it. Set WB to auto. Perhaps an aperature setting of f/9. Let the camera figure out the shutter speed. See what happens.

FWIW....the pic looks "flat" and too yellow/tan for my taste. I'm guessing that this is certainly NOT how the zoas actually look.

OK, I'll try a higher ISO.
I tried several with the WB set to "Fluorescent" and they were way too bluish. I need to calibrate the WB but haven't yet. I'm sure that would help. I also tried it with a shallower depth of focus, but then I couldn't get focused where I wanted. Those zoas are about ten inches back in the tank, and giving me trouble focusing, even in manual focus.
