new powerhead for my 24 Gal nanocube

I am adding an oscillating deflector to my tank and want to increase the flow. It looks like I can go all the way up to like 360 gpm and still fit in the same chamber. I have a reef tank and will want to have as much coral as I can - is there a limit to how much flow I should have? ( I don;t want to make milkshakes in it). Thanks.

Please let me know when you find something that will fit in the NC 24g, everything I have tried has been too big or the same flow as the stock pump
