New Powerhead placement

I just ordered 2 Koralia 4's. I have a 120 gal 48x24 FOWLR, I have two returns from a Mag 9.5 from the corners and two small PH's in the corners. I was thinking of one on each side blowing over the LR and maybe one that flows more in the back and one more to the front. Any ideas???

your gonna have to play around with it. It depends on your rock formations, tank shape,etc. try a few different positions and see what works best to keep detritus in the water column. oh yeah...and your coral placement.

Tagging along, I too have a 120 and have 2K4's and 1K2. I have my 4's placed on the center of the back glass at angles pointed to the front glass and the 2 attached to the side and pointed across the length of the tank down lower.

Hopefully with the flow of the K4s you may be able to get rid of the other 2 small powerheads.

Pacific you think I wont need other 2 powerheads with the 4's?? Isn't more flow better??
