New powerheads and new flow?

I am looking to revamp my tank with better flow and wanted to know what everyones opinion was. Its a 38gallon tank (36"x12"x17") with between 50 and55 lbs of LR in it. I am looking to use Maxi-Jets but dont know how many/how much flow I should be looking for. I dont want to pin the fish to the wall with current...but I also dont want any dead spots as I have a few dead spots now...I was thinking 2 mj's doing 160gal/hr would give me just shy of 10x turnover....I was thinking of putting them in the back corner with the "fan" attachment on them pointing at the front glass...I figure that would give me the most random flow...what does everyone think....

I would do at least 20x minimum turnover in the tank. I use two Tunze Nanostreams in my 40g mixed reef for a little more than 30x. Flow is good. :)

I've got a 30 gallon with 2 MJ 1200's for around 20x TO.
