New QT setup

Hi all...setting up a new QT, 29g with HOB using floss seeded in my DT sump along with some Matrix also in the sump. Question is what preventative meds do you all use? Was thinking cupramine and prazi unless symptoms present then would obviously switch to target. I do have cuprisorb and carbon to strip anything out first.

Have heard some talk of Pimafix and Melafix, anyone with experience there?

Are there meds that should not be used together?
