New Radions - Acclamation etc

Finally making the change to leds. Was leaning towards the Radions and after just learning that they will be controllable via my apex, my mind is made up. I have a 72x24x30 mixed reef and have a few questions.
Is 3 enough and will there be any dead spots besides the ones caused by the
2 tank supports?
How high and at what intensity do you recommend that I start out at and
when to change them?

I also have a JBJ 24g cube that I would like to use for a mixed frag tank. Was looking at the Kessils. Is 1 150 or 1 350 enough, What are your recommendation or just go with a Radion?

3 Radions will be plenty for your tank.
I would use the acclimation program that is in the software and set it for 4 weeks, starting at about 40%.
I have my Radions set at a maximum of 65% on my 240 gallon softy tank.
Depending on what type of corals you have will determine what final intensity you can set it for.
They are mounted at 9-1/2" over the water.

Thanks for the help guys.
didn't know they came preprogramed for acclamation.

Currently I have mainly LPS and a few softies and SPS. Always wanted to do more SPS but for some reason, they just wouldn't take to my tank.

There is a very useful acclimation program you can use.
You pick the starting % and the ending %, and the lenght of time to acclimate.
I think it can be 3 to 5 weeks, maybe more options.
You can pick color options, start time ( sunrise) and stop time ( dusk).
There are alot of choices.
