New radions, reeflink, and ecosmart live not working

Just purchased two new Radion XR30w Pro's and reeflink. Cannot access them via ecosmart live no matter what. Have tried the following:
1. Disconnect via USB and power down all lights for at least 30 seconds
2. Log in to EcoSmart Live using Google Chrome or Safari
3. Select the "œSettings" then "œNew Profile" and "œYes"
4. Log out of EcoSmart Live
5. Start the Connection Manager and connect via USB to one Radion
6. Right click the connection manager icon select "œUSB Radion" then "œFactory Reset" and "œYes"
7. Repeat step 6 for each light
8. Log in to EcoSmart Live and program your lights using the Aquarium Setup
9. Select the "œProgram All" button to save all changes

90% of the the time the Aquarium setup does absolutely nothing using Chrome.

If I log into ecosmart live, my reeflink is connected. If I click on the reeflink, I can see both Radions.

Clicking on the Devices tab in ecosmart shows nothing. Clicking on the refresh devices on the reeflink page does nothing.

I called their support number, but it sounds like they are only open Mon-Fri, 9-5....which is of course when I have to work so no way to call them while at home.

So what point are you at with your new system? It sounds like your ReefLink is setup and connected, correct? So when you go through the aquarium setup, does the ReefLink find your lights? After it finds your lights, you must select them and add them to the aquarium on the right. Then click Save & Continue. You can then set a layout (if desired) and select a schedule template. Are you getting hung up on a particular step?

The reeflink is connected.
Doing the aquarium setup results in the "A Timeout occurred while loading your devices. Please try the following steps to solve the problem:" message.
I've followed the steps in that notification, but I always get that error.

From Ecosmartlive, if I click on the picture of my Reeflink, it shows both Radions under Device Routing table and the RF signal strength is excellent.

If I click on Devices, nothing is listed.

Clicking on Aquarium setup now, doesn't seem to register the click.

I removed the Reeflink from Ecosmart live and powered it off.
Choose the New Profile option and logged out.
Factory reset both Radions.
Opened connection, connected it to ecosmart live and also connected a radion via usb.

When I log into ecosmart live, the Aquarium setup button does nothing, doesn't even register that its being clicked. Same for the Ecosmart Participation button.

Looks like they started somewhat working with ecosmart live.
I left them connected and ran the app on the iphone which was finally able to discover the radions.

When I log into ecosmart live website though, it always says I'm in offline mode.

I'm having the same experience. I got my Radions connected to Reeflink/ESL using a USB cable. Reeflink would lose connectivity to the Radions when it was right next to them. I moved it away from the tank last night and it connected to the lights. This morning the lights showed as offline. I just checked (a few hours later) and they are visible. No consistency at this point and I consider it unreliable. I have a pair of Vortechs which I have not added to Reeflink yet.

It is highly recommended that you only use one display, e.g. web, iPhone, at a time. So if you are using the iPhone app stick with that until you are done. If you switch to the web, you should close the app on your iPhone.
