New red carpet, Have a question

Yes a green haddoni, Its not as big, I would say 8-10 inches and this one is about 14 now thats its adjusted and not so folded up, Theres still folds but maybe 3-4 as compared to 8+
The green haddoni has not faultered since the new addition.
I am leary on my bulb change, I'll have to figure out a way to get some screening over the nem to block some light.

first post, yay!
anyways, that is a gorgeous red carpet
carpets have been my favorite nems forever!
i used to have a tiny 5" orange carpet but after a move it didnt make it
beautiful!

You can see it here. and here is just a pic of the green. The green is about 8-10 inches and the red dwarfs it. Its bigger now than i thought too.
Good thing i have the space for them.

Sorry just seen this. I run 250w DE phoenix bulbs with vho super actinic. The red loves the light, and fully fluffs up under the halide photo period.
I run 78-79 water temp, They seem to like it.
The nem made the final move. :( Now he is with the green one in a place thats hard to see and no one will notice him till i point him out.

On a better note i am winning with the cyano. Its about 3/4 gone. Long process on keeping water pristine and starving it out, But MUCH safer than the alternatives with chems.
