Reel North
New King of Quarantine
Went to my favourite local reef shop today after getting word they had a new shipment in of anthias, Angels and other goodies. Place is the Coral Reef Shop in Burlington, ontario
He has 5 really nice Regal Angels that had just come in. One was a misbar, with a set of bars that looked like a giraffe. My buddy grabbed that one. I picked up 2 that are about 3", and look fat and bright eyed.
I have just finished cycling my 110 g (36x60") frag table and sump, so I put them in there.
I also added a piece of live rock from my display tanks sump, which has some sponge and other fun stuff on it.
They were both swimming around in their private ocean tonight. They look so tiny in there!
I figure I'll observe them for a few days, and feed a little to see how they do.
I've read a bunch on regals, and have a 4" regal in my display that eats like a pig. I love these fish. They are so beautiful and graceful.
Any tips on what to look for or to feed them to keep them happy?
