Just hope that the day you buy your yearly supply of salt isn't the day after the manufacturer just pulled a big oops and sent out pallets of bad batches! It does happen
Try petsolutions.com - The prices are good and they no longer have freight charges on salt so you just pay the standard shipping charge based on the amount of $ you spend.
Yeah, you're right -- my last order was shipped out of Eagle River, WI in fact. F&S must be losing money shipping that cheap though! I'll usually get my order in two days as well.
I checked to see what four buckets of RC would be. Same here, they're charging me shipping. Though their ground shipping option is a few dollars cheaper than F&S, it doesn't make up for their higher prices ($3 higher per bucket for RC)
fareforce -- there is a recipe online somewhere I've found about how to mix your own salt if you're ambitious enough to take it on No local fish stores in Anchorage?

Hay while we are on this topic has anyone used Reefers Best Salt from Premium Aquatics? Am interested in trying it if I could talk to someone using it. Also does any one know Mag, CA+, and Alk levels on Tropic Marin Pro reef?
