New sand for bottom

I am putting new sand into the tank but i didnt rinse it. It says it will help remove the amonia. (Carib sea - Argonite) Should i rinse it or will all the cloudy stuff be good for my filter and help rid the tank of amonia? thanks. db

if it is dry sand i would rinse it. if it was bagged with water then just put it in.

Is that the "aragalive" sand that is in water and helps with the cycling process? I wouldn't rinse it if it is. Are there instructions with it about putting it in the tank?
