New SC Aquarium Build

I currently have a Fusion40 and a 150g. To round out my addiction I am starting a new 120g build. The tank is from SC Aquarium. Great people to work with and the tank is look nice.

I be happy to take any suggestion on how to build this setup out.

Started with all glass sump. 34x16x16

So I been reading up the benefit of algae scrubbers. Decide to give it a try. Notice the price for this simple thing cost between $150-$300. So decided to DIY one. Cost all ~$20 to build.

So decided to custom build the stand for SCA 120. Doing this with a friend This is where we at. Have the frame and top done.

Getting ready to do rockscaping. Anyone ever use Aquaforest Stonefix? If you have, can you share some insight to this product?

I've used this in my 300 build and it came out great (as long as you're patient and allow sufficient time for the mortar to set up - something I lack).

Finally had time to finish the stand for the 120 build. Finished the second and third coat.

Stand in. Empty 120 on.

Next up clean the tank and pumbling. Thinking about creating a manifold. What do you all think about manifold?

Real nice. The black silicone line is clean. Very sturdy built tank. Only thing i have seen that I might not like is the water line. Might be lower than what I like. I guess we will see when I fill it up. :lmao:

Plumbing 95% done. Apex COR20 will power return, ATS, and carbon media reactor. Hopefully it will be strong enough with flow. :rollface:
