Artemia isn't a good food for SH, but it's good that it's eating something. Get the LFS to see if it takes thawed mysis.

My SH ate Mysid this evening... Had to get some around it. It quickly lunged his head towards it and snapped it into it's mouth... I would say he ate about 6-8 pieces... He also ate at the LFS today.... Is this a good sign? I have a few feather dusters in there with him... He seems to like to play with them... He wraps his tail around them... I also have some Cheato and Culepra... He seems very interested in all the plants and life in the tank...

Also this is a Refugium as well... Should I go lights out for the Sea Horse??

if you're saying you have the SH in a fuge that's lit 24/7, yes...give the fish some time to sleep.
