I caught both new episodes last night. The guys are awesome at building acrylic tanks, and have unique ideas. But when it comes to coral and fish, I think they have no clue what they're doing. To watch the way they handled some of those fish, for one, and then for example they packed all those fish in the phone booth. Alot of yellow tangs and the like. I hate to tell them, but tangs need room to swim lengthwise. Just because the tank is 7 feet tall means nothing. The tangs aren't going to swim up and down, they are gonna mostly swim confined in their 2' by 2' cube in essence. I saw no coral in any of the episodes, except plastic/fake coral. Also, the head guy asked the fish wholesaler in CA if a fox face was poisonous. How does an aquarium specialty shop not know something that basic?
I do wish I had the means and tools to work with acrylic though, I could make some creative and cool accessories including building my own sump laid out to my desired plans.
