new skunk cleaner

I have had my skunk cleaner for about 4 hours now and he has a line for clean up but theres a problem. He doesn't clean yet. He is the only cleaner aside from the coral banded, but he doesnt do much. My tang and rabbitfish are waiting for him to clean them but nothing. Any ideas?

Give the cleaner shirmp time to establish its teritory and discover that its not being threatend. When it feels safe , it will clean

Well are the fish or other inverts attacking it? If so they are protecting their territory and I would isolate the shrimp till they settle down.

Hopefully it wont venture into the CBS's territory. As long as it doesnt it, should be safe from the fish you listed. It will take some time for it to get comfortable enough to eat and clean, definatly more than "4 hours".

I've had 2 cleaners before and they never cleaned my fish... it may never happen
