Hopefully you won't mind keeping us up-to-date on here. I could use a nice reef store within a 2 hour drive of my home.

Just went over the potential floor plan. Gonna be a nice place. The hard part is the transition. He's going from a nice little set up to a bigger set up. But, he has to unload everything he's got. Move all the equipment and then restock. That takes alot of capital.
He'd like to do a frag swap/Grand opening. If anyone has suggestions on timing. He's thinkin Mid to End Nov, beginning Dec.
