New Store?

Just heard from my buddy whom works at Tony's NY pizza on Saxon that there is going to be a saltwater only fish/reef store going in that plaza. Once I know more details I shall let everyone know! I think that would be a good location since there is no one doing just saltwater out in Deltona.

Not only is there nobody doing just salt water in Deltona, there is nobody in Deltona doing coral well at all!

It's been a while, but doesn't A1-Wet Pets sell any saltwater goodies?

Yes and A1 which is now called something else had some SW stuff, but not much though

Theres a SMALL petstore near my house that does SW, not very great, but good for emergencies.

I would guess that those spots in that center are 2000-2500 sq. ft. If it's all saltwater that is a pretty good size place. Rock on!

I'm not sure if it's the new location for cjs. The new owners were having a "power lunch" at Tony's with one of the leasing agents discussing the contract. It might be though...I'll try and find out. Just from what these guys were talking about it sounded like a whole new store. Again, this is second hand speak - so details could be off!

Yeah I don't think it's CJ getting a new store, they haven't had the best of luck lately...been having to close early due to family issues.

CJ's is only good for emergencies. I hope its a totally new store. Well, if not, there is a petco opening in Orange City soon =X

A1 Wet Pets is now called All About Pets. They are in the Big Lots shopping Center in OC. When we went in there, the selection wasn't that great on saltwater supplies but in talking with the owner, she is trying to make some changes. They do sell the frozen food cubes, Marine Plankton and other stuff. I think in time, they will come around.

The owner is on a Search and Rescue team with her German Sheppard. We invited her to the meeting in May, but she had gotten called in with the dog so by the time she got home she was exhausted. Maybe the next local meeting in August...

I'm interested in hearing more about the store in the KMart plaza, near Tony's. Keep us posted...

I love the way they redid Tonys, I love their pizza with the orange grease, its almost as good as if you got it from NY.

I know there is a new store off Kirkman road called Aquarium Finatics. I checked it out the other day and it was very nice. They guy that owned it too was great. He has an english accent.

Australian. Ross' store isn't a NEW store anymore after all the newbies popping up around town. He is now a seasoned vet! Great guy and a great store though. Not too many stores out that way (if any).

A little more info...it's going to be run by a couple of guys from California whom I guess have direct connections with some of the importers from LA. Their store will be mostly corals and exotic fish. No fresh!! * Yay! *

I drove by there tonight? Didn't see anywhere where it could be going in... Next to Tony's is the new fitness place right? It looks like its from Tony's all the way to the Save a Lot...maybe I was missing something.

BTW Mickey Finns sucked tonight...An hour and a half just to get food. Then the kids food had mold on the bread....argh.
