New sump

I have this old 90 gal acrylic tank that is going to be turned in to a fuge / sump/ DSB and Frag system. Attached is a picture of the basic concept, just thought I would get some views and maybe some new ideas. Over all it will be about 75gal of water. My skimmer will be attached and I will also be adding a Nilsen reactor form (MRC) and possibly a CA reactor in March. This set up will have an auto top off for evaporation as well. Looking for any constructive ideas, this is an acrylic tank so drilling any holes or fabricating is fairly simple. The Frag area will be using a 150 HQI 10K set up, an will be enclosed in Black acrylic so it can run normal light period without any issue from the fuge area.

The DSB will have black acrylic as well...........I think thats it for now...

That is gonna be allot of flow through the fuge though right? Awesome idea... Looks like it is gonna be an awesome project. Please take pics of the build for a thread too please.
