new t 5 light

I just got a new T5 light fixture from randy and i have to say that special lighting like this is awesome. I have always had standard Fl bulbs and this just makes my corals pop. I recently added a frogspawn, green stars, and a torch. Thanks randy for this wonderful addition.

Did you end up setting them directly on the tank or did you build a canopy???

in the process of building a canopy...i have the light on the tall side of two 2X4s on each side of it....and on the front an back i have thick pond liner to keep the light from blinding me and distorting the view of my 120'' projector screen.

btw...posting pics on this reef central is a pain in the arse...or maybe i am not doing it right. plus i had to resize the pic. I got a 10 megapix camera and it looks like a 7 dollar target disposable.
