new tank chalice recession

I recently upgraded to a 90 gallon tank from my 24 gallon nano cube and 1 of my chalices have started to recede

I also have a second chalice in the tank that has been thriving

Shock from the move it should recover if it gets worse frag off dead spots.

i also have an acanthophylia which seems to be receding
my levels are
dkh = 11
cal = 520
mag = 1500
i know the levels are a high but could that be the cause

I've seen that happen from low alkalinity, but it doesn't seem like that's the problem... How much of a difference in lighting was there, and how long did you take in acclimating them to the new lighting?
