The bacteria have been proven to last over a year without a food source, so unless you plan on keeping a tank fallow for a year there is no reason to feed them

It applies to both, they're the same species of bacteria - Nitrosomonas.

Why did you even add a fish before the tank was cycled. That's god awful fish keeping practice.

So I'm planning to start dosing my 29g biocube with E.S.V. B-Ionic 2-Part Calcium Buffer. Do i really need to buy dosing pumps? I don't have too much space in my tank...

On a 29g? I wouldn't, solid water changing schedule should be more than enough.
